At taajewelry, we strive to provide high-quality handcrafted jewelry that meets your expectations. Due to the custom and handcrafted nature of our products, we have a No Return and No Refund Policy, with limited exceptions as outlined below.
1. No Return Policy
1.1. All sales are final. We do not accept returns for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Dissatisfaction with the product.
- Incorrect orders placed by the customer.
1.2. Customers are encouraged to review all product details, specifications, and images carefully before making a purchase.
2. No Refund Policy
2.1. taajewelry does not offer refunds for any reason except in cases of defective or damaged items (see Section 3).
2.2. Shipping fees, customs duties, and any additional charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.
3. Exceptions: Damaged or Defective Items
3.1. If an item arrives damaged or defective, customers may request a replacement or repair. Refunds are not provided.
3.2. To qualify for this exception:
- Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
- Notification must include clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect and the original packaging.
3.3. Once the claim is reviewed and approved, taajewelry will provide: - A replacement of the same product (if available).
- A repair (if applicable).
- Return shipping for the defective product (if requested by us).
3.4. If a replacement or repair is not feasible, store credit may be issued at our discretion.
4. Conditions for Replacement or Repair
4.1. The product must be unused and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
4.2. We reserve the right to reject claims if:
- The damage or defect is caused by misuse, neglect, or improper care by the customer.
- Claims are submitted outside the 7-day notification period.
- Sufficient evidence of damage or defect is not provided.
5. Custom and Personalized Orders
5.1. Custom and personalized orders are non-returnable and non-refundable under all circumstances.
5.2. Any exceptions for damaged or defective items will follow the conditions outlined in Section 3.
6. Shipping for Replacement or Repair
6.1. In the case of approved claims, taajewelry will cover return shipping costs for damaged or defective items.
6.2. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the product is securely packaged for return shipping.
6.3. We are not liable for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process.
7. How to File a Claim
7.1. To file a claim for a damaged or defective item:
- Email us with the subject line: "Damaged/Defective Item Claim – [Order Number]."
- Include your full name, order number, photographs of the damaged/defective item, and a description of the issue.
7.2. Claims will be reviewed within 5 business days, and customers will be notified of the outcome via email.
8. Governing Law
8.1. This Return and Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
8.2. Any disputes arising from this policy will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jordan.
